Agreement

By placing an order with Classie Shimmer, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Products & Authenticity

We specialise in authentic Starbucks and Pop Mart collectibles. We offer a 100% Authenticity Guarantee on every item we sell.

Collectible items may show minor manufacturing marks. Please read the condition disclaimer in our Refund Policy before ordering.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are not yet released at the time of purchase. Estimated release and shipping dates are shown on each listing and are provided by the supplier.
  • Release dates can move for reasons outside our control. A delayed release is not grounds for cancellation, as all sales are final.
  • If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together once the pre-order arrives. Order them separately if you need the in-stock items sooner.
  • For pre-orders, slight colour or detail differences from the official promotional photos may occur. The final physical product shall govern.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD. Stock on limited-edition collectibles is finite and can sell out at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and fully refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or stock error.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is charged by order value and is free on orders of $350.00 and above. Full details, delivery estimates, and address rules are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Claims

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Damage and loss claims require a continuous unboxing video and must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, for accepting delivery, and for reviewing your order before payment. Orders lost due to an incorrect address or a refused delivery are not eligible for a refund or reship.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any resale or collectible value.
